Brian has been in executive level positions since 1996 with companies like WS Packaging, REXAM Medical Packaging, and James River Corporation and led or sponsored hundreds of Kaizens resulting in millions of dollars of bottom-line improvement. He received extensive training throughout his career in Lean Methodologies including Certification through Shingijutsu Top Japan Training.
