Registration
Who can attend TLMI’s Annual Meeting?
All industry professionals in the tag, label, and packaging industry are encouraged to attend the event. TLMI member companies receive a discounted rate.
When does registration open and close?
Registration for the 2026 TLMI Annual Meeting opens July 1st and will close October 16th. Early Bird registration will be available until August 31. Once early bird ends, discounted registration is available for companies sending 4 or more representatives to the annual meeting. Contact events@tlmi.com to coordinate group registration.

May I bring a guest?
Yes! Guests are invited to all TLMI networking events such as the welcome dinner on Sunday, the Monday Day at the Beach, and the Tuesday Awards Dinner. You may select to add guests when you register. The cost for a guest is $995. Please contact events@tlmi.com if you need to make modifications once you have completed registration.
What is the TLMI Annual Meeting registration cancellation policy?
All cancellations must be sent to TLMI in writing for review and approval no later than October 2, 2026. In addition:
- All cancellations will be subject to a $150 processing fee.
- No refunds will be issued for registration or activity cancellations after October 2, 2026.
- All cancellation and substitute requests must be sent to TLMI in writing to events@tlmi.com
- No-shows are not eligible for refunds.
- TLMI reserves the right to cancel or modify conferences, rates, content, or speakers without notice, as conditions warrant.
When do I need to pay my registration fee?
Registration fees must be paid in full upon completion of the event registration form. For questions or special inquiries please contact events@tlmi.com.
Activities
What activities will be available?
TLMI is excited to offer organized activities during our program including Pickleball, a Sunset Catamaran Cruise, and a lunch and learn powered by the Label Leaders of Tomorrow. Registrants are encouraged to sign up for activities during the registration process. If you are already registered and need to add an activity, please contact events@tlmi.com.
- The deadline to sign up for activities is October 2nd
- Cancellation for activities must be in writing by October 2nd, to receive a refund. A substitute can be made if you are unable to attend.
Pickleball will be offered on Tuesday, October 27th, in the afternoon from 2:30 – 5:30 PM. Pickleball registration is $125 per person and includes a pickleball clinic, tournament, & snacks. Equipment will be provided for the tournament.
Catamaran Cruise will be offered on Monday, October 26th for the registration fee of $275. The Spirit of Lauderdale is 50-foot long and very spacious catamaran. Guests aboard the Spirit of Lauderdale enjoy lounging upon the nets suspended along the front of the vessel, a covered seating area with snacks and beverages. Please plan for the excursion to be from 4:45 pm –7:15 pm which includes transportation. Details on transportation and location will be emailed to registrants ahead of the event.
Lunch & Learn Powered by LLT: Live Workshop Hosted by the Miss Excel Team, Monday, October 26th
From 12:30PM-1:30PM. This workshop is an additional fee of $125.
Golf is available just a short distance from the hotel; however, golf outings will not be organized by TLMI. Attendees interested in playing are welcome to make their own tee times on a first-come, first-served basis at the local public course below.

What is the TLMI room rate at the event hotel?
The Fort Lauderdale Marriott Harbor Beach Resort & Spa standard room rate, with the TLMI discount, is $289 plus 13% tax and a discounted $20 resort fee. Additional room types that may be available will appear during the booking process for those that wish to upgrade. Book your hotel room before October 2nd, 2026, to secure the TLMI discounted rates. Only 2026 TLMI Annual Meeting registered attendees are eligible for the TLMI discounted rate. If a room is booked at the TLMI rate by an individual not registered, it may be canceled prior to the event.
What is included in the resort fee?
- Daily Enhanced high-speed wireless internet access (Wi-fi)
- Two complimentary daily beach chairs per registered guest
- Two resort Welcome Beverages per stay
- One-hour rental of non-motorized water sport equipment per day (weather permitting).
- One-hour rental of beach games per day (weather permitting).
- One fitness class per day for two guests. (

Is there a spa discount?
Attendees receive a 10% off 2026 Spa menus pricing during program dates for services of 50 minutes or more excluding nails & hair treatments.
When do I need to book my hotel room?
Reservations will be available at the discounted rate until October 2, 2026, or until the block is full, whichever comes first. We suggest you book your hotel room as soon as possible after registering for the conference. The hotel room booking link will be included in your confirmation email. Attendees can enjoy the discounted room rate up to three days pre or post event, based on availability.
What is the hotel cancellation policy?
Any individual reservation cancelled within 72 hours prior to arrival or “no shows” will forfeit the one night’s room revenue.

Attire throughout the event is designed to be comfortable while fitting the occasion:

- Supplier Tabletops (Monday through lunch and Tuesday morning): Supplier members may wish to wear company-branded attire to make networking and identification easier.
- Monday Afternoon – Afternoon on the Beach: Casual beach attire is encouraged. Dress comfortably for beach games, leisure activities, and water-based fun.
- Tuesday Evening Awards Dinner: Resort evening attire is recommended. This is our celebratory evening, so attendees may choose to dress up a bit more as we recognize our award winners.

Products and Services Showcase FAQs
Onsite Showcase Information
We are excited to share that the exhibit area will be open during the Sunday evening Welcome Reception, giving attendees additional opportunities to connect with exhibitors throughout the event.
Tabletop displays will be located in the Ocean Ballroom and will serve as a hub for networking, meals, and attendee gathering throughout the meeting. Exhibitors will gain visibility during breakfast on both Monday and Tuesday mornings, as well as during Monday’s dedicated Tabletops & Tapas showcase from 11:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.

Your company will receive (1) 6 foot x 30 inch draped table. Branded tablecloths are welcome. Electricity will NOT be available this year. Please keep your displays simple and think of your tabletop as a meet up space, not an expo booth space.
