For over 50 years, The TLMI Annual Meeting has provided a unique opportunity for converter and supplier members to network in a relaxed environment, conducive to establishing new partnerships and to strengthening existing relationships.
The 2021 Annual Meeting continues the tradition. The two and a half day event helps you stay up to date and inspired with informative, educational programming and enlightening guest speakers, all addressing pillars of the TLMI strategic plan, including workforce development, external affairs, sustainability, communication. Members also look forward to the tours, sports, outings, and Award Dinners and Receptions honoring the TLMI Label Awards Competition winners, Sustainability Awards recipients, the Supplier of the Year, Converter of the Year, and Volunteer of the Year.

Tabletops will be open starting at 2pm on Sunday. This will give suppliers an opportunity to meet & greet as converters are registering. With a new open floor-plan booths will be visible throughout the show.

We have heard you! Let’s face it, the awards can sometimes get a bit well… long. To ensure that the Print Awards, Frosties, COY, SOY, and VOY are getting the attention they deserve we are splitting up awards nights between Sunday & Tuesday.
Monday Night Dinner

Network while enjoying some food and fun! Monday evening is no longer a free for all, instead TLMI will be taking over the Naples Grande outdoor venue packed with entertainment.

Health & Safety at October’s TLMI Annual Meeting
We have been thrilled with the response and registration numbers for the upcoming in-person Annual Meeting. We are approaching capacity and if you haven’t already registered for the meeting, we encourage you to do this soon as there is limited space left at the Naples Grand Beach Resort where the meeting will be held.
We want to reassure attending members that TLMI, together with the hotel and in accordance with CDC, federal, state and local health guidelines, will take every step to provide a safe environment during our time together in Florida. Members can find out more information about the hotel’s specific safety measures here and as we draw closer to the meeting’s dates we will keep you updated on all health and safety protocols.
TLMI Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be sent to TLMI by September 24, 2021 and are subject to a $100 fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after this date however in the event your company can no longer attend the Annual Meeting, TLMI will rollover payments for 2022 Annual Dues. Substitutions are welcome and must be sent to TLMI prior to the event. No-shows are not eligible for refunds.
Naples Grande Hotel Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid losing one night room and tax charge.

To register for the event we ask that you login with your COMPANY EMAIL and password.
