The fun run/walk will start in the hotel lobby at 6:45am.

AI Workshop

Enjoy a relaxing round of golf just a short distance from the hotel on Sunday! While TLMI will not be organizing a formal tournament this year, attendees are welcome to form their own teams and book tee times directly.

Tee times are available on a first-come, first-served basis throughout the day for TLMI guests. To reserve your spot, please contact the golf pro listed in the FAQ section of the Annual Meeting website.

Who can attend TLMI’s Converter Meeting?

All converters in the tag, label, and packaging industry are encouraged to attend the event. TLMI member companies receive a discounted rate. Supplier Members who are Platinum sponsors are eligible to send two representatives to attend.

When does registration close?

Registration for 2026 TLMI Converter Leadership Meeting will close on March 20, 2026.

What is the TLMI room rate at the event hotel?

The Opal Sands room rates, with the TLMI discount, is $321.00/per night with an additional $20 resort fee + tax. Book your hotel room before March 20th 2026 to secure the TLMI discounted rates. Only 2026 TLMI Converter Meeting registered attendees are eligible for the TLMI discounted hotel rate. If a room is booked at the TLMI rate by an individual not registered, it may be canceled prior to the event.

When do I need to book my hotel room?

Reservations will be available at the discounted rate until March 20, 2026, or until the block is full, whichever comes first. We suggest you book your hotel room as soon as possible after registering for the conference. The hotel room booking link will be included in your confirmation email.

What is the hotel cancellation policy?

Seven days (by 4pm) prior to date of arrival on applicable reservations. Advance Rate Plans are fully prepaid, non-changeable, and non-refundable. Should you cancel an Advance Rate Plan or in the event that you do not arrive on the arrival date, the full amount of the reservation shall be forfeited. Each particular rate plan has clearly defined cancellation polices as you proceed further into the booking process.

Who can attend TLMI’s Annual Meeting?

All industry professionals in the tag, label, and packaging industry are encouraged to attend the event. TLMI member companies receive a discounted rate. This year’s meeting will host a special Label Leaders of Tomorrow Lunch n’ Learn and networking activities, so be sure to invite your young professionals and those new to the industry to attend the meeting.

Registration for 2024 TLMI Annual Meeting opens June 3, 2024, and will close September 13, 2024. Early Bird registration will be available until July 8th. During registration there will be an option to choose power at a rate of $150. Power must be pre-ordered, it will not be available onsite.

What are the set up & tear down times?
