Tournament, Label Leaders of Tomorrow Lunch n’ Learn, and the
2nd Annual Tracy Tenpenny Pickleball Tournament, when

Registration

Who can attend TLMI’s Annual Meeting?

All industry professionals in the tag, label, and packaging industry are encouraged to attend the event. TLMI member companies receive a discounted rate. 

When does registration open and close?

Registration for 2025 TLMI Annual Meeting opens June 23, 2025, and will close October 3. Early Bird registration will be available until August 1.  Once early bird ends, discounted registration is available for companies sending 4 or more representatives to the annual meeting. Contact events@tlmi.com to coordinate group registration.

May I bring a guest?

Yes! Guests are invited to all TLMI networking events such as the welcome dinner on Sunday, the Monday Day at the Beach, and the Tuesday Awards Dinner. You may select to add guests when you register. The cost for a guest is $995. Please contact vicki@meetingsinmotion.com  if you need to make modifications once you have completed registration.  

 

What is the TLMI Annual Meeting registration cancellation policy?

All cancellations must be sent to TLMI in writing for review and approval no later than September 19, 2025. In addition: 

  • All cancellations will be subject to a $150 processing fee.  
  • No refunds will be issued for registration or activity cancellations after September 19, 2025  
  • No-shows are not eligible for refunds.  
  • TLMI reserves the right to cancel or modify conferences, rates, content, or speakers without notice, as conditions warrant.

TLMI is excited to offer organized activities during our program including Pickleball, a Monday Sunset Calusa Spirit Cruise, and a Tuesday afternoon Calusa Spirit Cruise. Registrants are encouraged to sign up for activities during the registration process. If you are already registered and need to add an activity, please contact vicki@meetingsinmotion.com.

 

  • The deadline to sign up for activities is September 26, 2025. 
  • Cancellation for activities must be in writing by September 26, 2025, to receive a refund. A substitute can be made if you are unable to attend. 

 

Pickleball will be offered on Tuesday October 14, 2025, in the afternoon. Pickleball registration is $125 per person and includes a pickleball clinic, tournament, paddle, snacks, and transportation. A portion of the fee will go towards our charity, YMCA of Marco Island Summer Camps. 

 

Calusa Spirit Cruises – Participants will see abundant tropical wildlife such as dolphins, manatees, bald eagles, fish, and shorebirds during the day on Tuesday and an amazing sunset on the cruise Monday. The onboard naturalist will answer questions about the unique history and ecosystem of Southwest Florida. This Cruise leaves from the Recreation Beach Huts on property, and the price is $130 per person. There are two cruise options: Monday from 2 – 4 PM and Tuesday from 5 – 7 PM. Drinks and snacks will be available for purchase on the boat. 

 

Golf is available a short distance from the hotel; however, it will not be organized by TLMI.  Tee-times are available on a first come first served basis throughout the day on Sunday for TLMI guests.  Please contact the coordinator below to make arrangements.

What is the name and location of the event hotel?

What is the TLMI room rate at the event hotel?

The JW Marriott Marco Island Beach Resort standard room rate, with the TLMI discount, is $349 plus 12% tax and a discounted $25 resort fee.  Additional room types that may be available will appear during the booking process for those that wish to upgrade. Book your hotel room before September 19, 2025, to secure the TLMI discounted rates. Only 2025 TLMI Annual Meeting registered attendees are eligible for the TLMI discounted rate. If a room is booked at the TLMI rate by an individual not registered, it may be canceled prior to the event. 

When do I need to book my hotel room?

Reservations will be available at the discounted rate until September 19, 2025, or until the block is full, whichever comes first. We suggest you book your hotel room as soon as possible after registering for the conference. Hotel room booking link will be included in your confirmation email. Attendees can enjoy the discounted room rate up to three days pre or post event, based on availability.  

 

What is the hotel cancellation policy?

Reservations may be cancelled, or stays shortened, up to 7 days prior to arrival. Cancellations will be charged a one-night penalty if made within 7 days of check-in. All hotel cancellations are made directly with the hotel.

Which airports are closest to JW Marriott Marco Island?

Attendees can fly into Fort Myers Airport, located 50 minutes from the hotel, or Punta Gorda Airport, 75 minutes from the hotel.

Valet Parking

Valet Parking: The overnight Valet Parking Fee for hotel guests is $48.00 per night. TLMI has a discounted rate of $38.40 + tax per night.

Additional Event Related Information

What food is available at the hotel or during the event? 

TLMI will be providing food for registered attendees throughout the event. This includes Dinner on Sunday, Breakfast and Tapas during the tabletop on Monday, as well as Breakfast and Dinner on Tuesday. The JW Marriott Marco Island Beach Resort has a variety of dining options, and October is a popular time there. If you are interested in dining at one of the many onsite restaurants, we recommend you call for reservations prior to the event. Click here to explore their restaurants.  

What is the attire for the event?

The Sunday evening reception is resort casual. The Monday and Tuesday morning business sessions are business casual. On Monday through lunch and Tuesday morning, we will feature networking opportunities at the Supplier Tabletops, so optionally, supplier members may want to wear logo attire to be easily identified. During Monday afternoon, TLMI is hosting an “afternoon on the beach” and attendees are encouraged to come dressed for beach games, leisure, and water games. On Tuesday night, we suggest resort evening attire – this is the night to dress up a bit more to celebrate our award winners.

Products and Services Showcase FAQs

What are the details for the Products and Services Showcase?

We are excited to share that once again the exhibit area will be in the same space as the breaks and will feature in BOTH the Monday and Tuesday general sessions. Monday will include Tabletops and Tapas at noon, and Tuesday will include Speed Networking. This limits the opportunities for set up times but greatly expands the opportunity for your company information to be seen by attendees and utilized during conversations throughout the event.

Your company will receive (1) 8 foot x 30 inch draped table.  Branded tablecloths are welcome. Electricity will NOT be available this year. Please keep your displays simple and think of your tabletop as a meet up space, not an expo booth space.

What are the Set Up & Tear Down Times?

Set Up Options: 

Sunday October 12 between 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM 

Monday October 13 between 6:30 AM – 8:00 AM 

Tear Down: 

Tuesday October 14 between 12:30 PM – 2:00 PM EST.   Must be torn down by 2 pm to reset the room for dinner.  You can leave your package taped with a shipping label on your table for pick up by FedEx   which is located onsite.  Handling charges will be charged to your room.
