This summer, TLMI will empower emerging leaders in the print, label, and flexible packaging industry. TLMI’s gold sponsor, Appvion, is co-hosting the 3rd Annual Label Leaders of Tomorrow Excursion alongside fellow TLMI member, Green Bay Packaging. Throughout the 2-day program, attendees will have the opportunity to network with a variety of industry experts as well as form new connections with other emerging leaders.
Appvion is a leading innovator of sustainable specialty coating solutions used in everyday tickets, tags, labels, and packaging.
Appvion is the North American market leader in direct thermal paper and film products, and a global leader in renewable, fiber-based solutions for consumer and industrial packaging.
With a 115-year legacy rooted in carbonless paper and microencapsulation technology, Appvion now applies advanced materials science across industries including retail, healthcare, transportation, entertainment, and food packaging.
Green Bay Packaging is a family-owned, American-made manufacturer leading the way in sustainable and innovative packaging solutions.
Founded with a single corrugated box plant in Green Bay, Wisconsin, GBP now operates over 40 locations across North America. Our facilities include corrugated box plants, folding carton operations, recycled and virgin linerboard mills, pressure-sensitive label stock production, specialty converting, timberlands, and a sawmill—delivering comprehensive, award-winning packaging solutions from start to finish.
YOU! Whether you are new to the workforce or the industry or taking on a new role, there is space for you at this year’s Excursion.
Tag, Label, and Packaging Technical Professionals are invited to participate TLMI’s printTHINK Summit. Join us for two information packed days as industry presenters and panelists take the stage to talk about the most important production advancements, operational trends, and market forces in today’s narrow web label and printed packaging industry. Our central goal is to ensure attendees had access to technical experts and market influencers whose companies are at the forefront of some of the most important technologies, systems, and ideas that are reshaping the way we manufacture and position our products. The pace of change in our industry is occurring at a higher rate than ever before. As the pressroom increasingly automates, digital continues to advance and move into more and more conventional application areas, and workforce challenges demand we formulate more innovative ways to recruit and retain our employees, it is essential that we attend events that will help us fortify, position, and grow our businesses.
All converters and suppliers in the tag, label, and packaging industry are encouraged to attend the event. You do not have to be a TLMI Member to attend the TLMI printTHINK Summit, but members will receive a discounted rate. All team members are welcome to attend, but we strongly encourage technical services, technical sales, product managers and developers, product marketing, sales and sales support, research and development, operations, and sustainability experts.
