You will come away with the most recent state updates, implementation timing, and what the producers (our customers) are experiencing.\nSpeakers:\n​​​​​​​Nicki McClung, Senior Account Manager, Circular Action Alliance\nNicki is a senior account manager with CAA. Since joining the team in December 2024, her focus has been helping large and complex producers with preparing for upcoming EPR legislation and requirements. Prior to joining CAA, Nicki worked in the food, quick-service restaurant, apparel, and manufacturing industries. She lives with her family in Interior BC, Canada.\nTravis Pate, National Account Manager, Circular Action Alliance\nTravis Pate has over a dozen years of experience as a leader in sustainability and environmental services. As a national Account Manager at CAA, he guides producers through their EPR compliance journey, including registration and reporting. Previously, Travis managed regulatory compliance for hazardous waste disposal at WM, overseeing facilities across the western U.S. Travis is based in Colorado, but supports producers in all of the states where CAA is the appointed PRO.\n\n
