Craig Moreland (TLMI Chairman), President, Coast Label Company, Fountain Valley, California. Coast Label joined TLMI in 2004, and Craig was first elected to the Board of Directors for a three year term in 2010. Craig entered the label industry when he and his wife completed the acquisition of Coast Label in 1991. Prior to his entrepreneurial leap into the label converting industry, Craig held senior operating positions with a healthcare management company and a carbide cutting tool company. He graduated with a BA from the University of California, Irvine, and earned an MBA from the USC Marshall School of Business. Craig and his wife Janice live in Laguna Hills, California and have two adult children. He and his family enjoy downhill skiing and other outdoor activities; and Craig tries, with limited success, to manage his car habit. (2010-2013, 2014 – 2020)
Lori Campbell (Vice Chair) Chief of Operations, The Label Printers, Aurora, IL. Lori has been with The Label Printers since 1982, and is responsible for all of the company’s sales, marketing, and manufacturing functions. She attended Eastern Illinois University, graduating with a BA in Political Science. Lori and her husband Kevin live with their Labrador Retriever Sadie, in Aurora, Illinois. Lori was elected to the board in 2013 for the second time. (2013-2016)
Dan Muenzer (TLMI Immediate Past Chairman), Vice President of Marketing at Constantia Flexibles, joined the TLMI board in 2011. He has been active in the packaging and label industry for 30 years including serving on the Board of Directors of the Glass Packaging Institute. Dan has been active with TLMI since 2008 and has chaired the Recycling Solutions and the Government & Regulatory Affairs Committee. Dan and his wife Chris live in Cincinnati, OH and have three grown children. (2011 – 2018).
Kathy Alaimo is President of Syracuse Label & Surround Printing in Liverpool, NY, a 100% employee owned printing company. A Central New York native, Kathy has been employed with SLSP for 34 years working in multiple management capacities and became President in 2007. The company became active in TLMI in 2004. She is also a Foundation Trustee for the Vera House. She is a member of MACNY, NCEO and PIA. Kathy obtained a degree in Journalism from Morrisville State College. She and her husband Peter have two children and live in Kirkville, New York. (2015 – 2017)
Mark Glendenning is CEO & Owner of Inland in Lacrosse, WI, a manufacturer of packaging including decorative labels primarily for the beverage and food industries. Mark has a BS in Industrial Engineering from University of Wisconsin – Madison. He began his career with Eaton Corporation as a sales engineer for their Cutler-Hammer industrial controls and Dynamatic industrial drives divisions. He has been working at Inland, a family business, since 1988. He is married to Dr. Margie Webster, a primary care doctor at Gundersen Health Systems in La Crosse. He is involved in local civic organizations and activities and serves on a number charitable and industry boards. (2016 – 2017)
Rob Hutchison, Owner/President of Hutchison Miller Sales in New Britain, PA, was elected to the TLMI board in 2015. After graduating from Virginia Tech, he joined the family business, and has been involved in the packaging and label industries for over 30 years. He has been active in TLMI for many years serving on a variety of committees, most recently the Learning Committee. Rob and his wife, Debbie, reside in Doylestown, PA and have 2 grown children. Greg Jackson, President of Columbine Label Company in Centennial, CO joined the TLMI board in 2015. Columbine Label has been a member of TLMI since 2003. Greg entered the label industry in 1990 with the Fasson Roll Division of Avery Dennison. In 1999, he purchased Columbine Label, which also fulfilled the lifelong dream of living in Colorado. He is a graduate of Kansas State University, as are his wife, son, and soon to be graduate, daughter. He is active in Vistage, and loves to fly fish and snow ski. Greg and his family live in Parker, Colorado. (2015 – 2018)
Jan Lehigh, President of Alpine Packaging, Inc., North Versailles, PA. Jan was elected to the TLMI Board of Directors in 2014, and has been an active member of TLMI since 2011. Jan and her twin sister, Jill Grunst, are the second generation of the family business that was started by their parents. After receiving a BS in Business Education from the University of Pittsburgh, Jan has been involved in all aspects of the business and was elected President in 2004. She was a finalist for EY Entrepreneur of the Year for Western Pennsylvania/ West Virginia in June, 2014. Jan is a member of the Women Presidents’ Organization. Jan and her husband Scott live in Jefferson Hills, PA and have two sons, Chase and Chad; they both attend Miami University in Oxford, OH. (2014 – 2017)
Tim McDonough, President, Flexo-Graphics, LLC in Butler, WI. Since graduating from Creighton University, McDonough has been in various sectors of the printing industry for over 27 years. Recently, McDonough celebrated his 15th year at Flexo-Graphics, an active TLMI member for over 15 years and recipient of the Eugene Singer award, and various other accolades. McDonough provides a unique outlook on leading a business with efficiency and consistency as his two main goals and a passion for cutting edge technology. In the off chance he is not at work, McDonough enjoys playing golf with his wife and three children and supporting the Milwaukee Brewers in the hopes that they will someday win the World Series. Bill Muir, President, Grand Rapids Label Company in Grand Rapids, MI. Bill has been with Grand Rapids Label (founded in 1884) for over 24 years and represents the 4th generation to run the company. GRL has been a member of TLMI since 1962. Bill has served on the TLMI environmental committee and helped develop the L.I.F.E. program with GRL becoming the first company to achieve certification.
Bill is a member of the board of directors for Paragon D&E, an engineering company, and of the Family Business Alliance (FBA), serving as Board Chair for the last 3 years. He is also active in YPO serving in multiple leadership roles over the last 5 years.
Bill received his Bachelor of Science degree from Hope College and his MBA from Michigan State University and resides in East Grand Rapids, with his wife Cathy and their three children. (2015 – 2018)
Steve Schulte, Vice President of Sales & Marketing , Mark Andy in Chesterfield, MO. Responsible for the global sales and marketing efforts of the company, Steve is also an active contributor to many industry associations including Tag and Label Manufacturers Institute (TLMI), Flexographic Technical Association (FTA), and the Flexible Packaging Association (FPA), Schulte keeps well informed on the latest trends and technologies in printing and converting. His more than 18 years of professional and managerial experience in the packaging and printing industry, including a background in digital production printing, give him a unique perspective and insight into the benefits and challenges of both flexo and digital print technologies. Mr. Schulte has a degree in Marketing from Missouri State University and an MBA from William Woods University. (2015-2016)
Daniel M. Taylor, Executive Vice President of Taylor Made Labels – a division of Resource Label Group, Lake Oswego, Oregon. Dan has been with Taylor Made Labels for over 26 years and a member of TLMI since 1995. He served as a board member from 2000-2003 and was re-elected to the board in 2013. Dan graduated from University of Oregon in 1980 and is an avid DUCK fan. Dan and his wife Mary Kay, have two children and love activities together including golf, skiing, hiking, fly fishing and traveling. (2013 – 2016)
Cynthia White, President and CEO of Channeled Resources Group, Chicago, IL. Channeled is a manufacturer and converter of silicone coated paper and psa laminates. Cynthia has been with Channeled Resources since 1987, moving from sales, to sales management, President and most recently CEO. Before joining CRG, Cindy worked for the Food Service and Lodging division of Procter and Gamble as a sales representative. She graduated from Kenyon College, with a BA in English and has her MBA from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management. Cynthia is active with the Tag and Label Manufacturing Industry (TLMI) where she has been on the board of directors as well as co-chairing the Marketing Committee for over 10 years. Cynthia was awarded the supplier of the year in 2006. Cynthia also serves on the board of directors of South Kent School in South Kent, CT. (2015 – 2017)
