1.The recipient agrees to provide TLMI with an official copy of his/her transcript following each semester as well as a brief statement detailing the impact this award had on his/her college year and the accomplishments of the semester.

2. The recipient understands that the award, if offered, may be withdrawn should the student become ineligible due to poor academic performance (below 3.00 GPA), not be enrolled as a full time student, or the recipient is no longer interested in pursuing a career in the tag and label field.

3. The recipient agrees to communicate with the TLMI office after graduation as to employment.
